Visual Content Designer:
We’re looking for a Visual Content Designer to create compelling and impactful visual assets that support our conservation mission. The Visual Content Designer will be responsible for developing engaging graphics, infographics, videos, and other visual materials for various online and offline platforms.
This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, proficiency in relevant software, and a genuine commitment to wildlife conservation. The ideal candidate will be a creative storyteller who can translate complex information into visually appealing and easily understandable content that inspires action and raises awareness.
What We’re Looking For:
Education
-
A graduate in any fine arts stream.
Experience
-
Proven experience as a Visual Content Designer or similar role, preferably within a non-profit or mission-driven organisation.

Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout.

Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects a plus) and Canva (required).

Experience creating engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
Skills

A keen interest in wildlife and wildlife conservation.

Fluency in English; Kannada fluency will be given extra preference.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Portfolio

Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of visual design skills and experience across digital and print media.
Your Role:
-
Conceptualise, design, and produce a wide range of visual content, including social media graphics, website banners, infographics, presentations, email templates, and print materials.

Develop and maintain the organisation's visual brand identity and ensure consistency across all platforms.

Collaborate with the communications, marketing, and program teams to understand project goals and target audiences.

Translate complex conservation data and information into clear and engaging visual narratives.

Create and edit short videos and animations for digital platforms.

Manage and organise the organisation's photo database.

Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Ensure all visual content is accurate, adheres to brand guidelines, and is optimised for its intended platform.

Contribute to the development of visual content strategies and campaigns.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Work collaboratively with external vendors and freelancers as needed.
Role Details:
Location: Bangalore with no work from home options (except for emergencies).
Commitment: Full-time.
Remuneration: Competitive salary based on experience and skills.
